This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12445127B0002 is issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Halfmoon Ranch House HVAC Installation. This project involves installing three ductless, split unit climate control system in Halfmoon Ranch, a historic house located in a remote and rural location. Currently there is no climate control system in the building. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238220 The small business size standard is $19M This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
