Dear Industry Partners, The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), in support of the Office of the Under Secretary for Management (USM), provides the attached FINAL solicitation for the DHS Comprehensive Support for Removal Operations II (CSRO II) requirement. The attached FINAL solicitation, which is issued under Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, incorporates many of the comments received from industry on previous draft documents and during the Industry Engagement Event. The solicitation number is 70RDA126R00000008. Please see below for the procurement schedule: • Questions Due: August 26, 2026, no later than 1:00pm Eastern • Amendment providing Government Response to Vendor Questions: August 27, 2026 • Proposals Due: September 8, 2026, no later than 1:00pm Eastern • Anticipated Award: September 29, 2026 Electronic submission of questions and proposals shall be submitted to opoindustryliaison@hq.dhs.gov.
