Description (excerpt)
This Request for Proposal (RFP) will result in a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award to procure Thin Layer Explosive (TLX), Detonating Cord Assembly (DCA) (multiple DODICS). This RFP is restricted to one or a limited number of responsible sources, as authorized by 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1(b). To be eligible for award, the Offeror must submit a valid Qualification Acceptance Letter, or Government approved equivalent, signed by an authorized Government engineer verifying their status as a qualified source for this requirement.
