Amendment 0005 for Solicitation SPE8EG-26-R-0003 was issued effective August 12, 2026 to revise the solicitation as follows: 1. Amendment 0005 is hereby issued to extend the solicitation closing date and time to September 2, 2026, at 3:00PM EDT. 2.
