Amendment to Combined Synopsis and Solicitation Changes to PWS 5.2.7 c) From: "Equipment operators shall be proficient in conversational Basic English and able to translate directions / instructions from the COR." To: "Contractor Specified Contract Manager shall be proficient in conversational Basic English and able to translate directions / instructions from the COR while Equipment operators are recommended to be proficient in conversational Basic English and able to translate directions / instructions from the COR but not required. See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Combined Synopsis and Solicitation Documents Questions can be sent to MAJ Pandy, Phillip at phillip.d.pandy2.mil@army.mil and SSG Mbawuike, Uchechukwu at uchechukwu.mbawuike.mil@army.mil. Last Date/Time for questions is 06 November 2026 @ 1300 1PM Hawaii Standard Time Zone.
