**********Amendment 0006 - The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Clarify how pricing should be submitted: Pricing should be submitted on Attachment 2, Pricing Schedule Revision 2. Pricing does not need to be submitted on the SF 1449. Acknowledgement of original solicitation, as well as all solicitation amendments is requested. 2. Post a conformed copy of the SF 1449 solicitation incorporating all solicitation amendments. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.**********Amendment 0005 - The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Correct the response to Question 48. The government will accept either American Red Cross or American Heart Association CPR/BLS/AED certification. 2. Revise PWS Sections 1.3.1.2 and 4.2 to state American Red Cross or American Heart Association CPR/BLS/AED certification. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.********Amendment 0004 - 1. Post Questions and Answers received in response to the solicitation, as well as answer questions submitted through the PIEE Solicitation Module. 2. Extend the solicitation close date/time. 3.
