This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9126G27QA003 is issued as a RFQ to provide janitorial services to one (1) administrative office located in Eagle Pass, Texas. The personnel rendering these service(s) are not subject, either by the contracts terms or by the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the Government and its employees.
