The vision of this requirement is to sustain and optimize a modern, fully digital operational state for the Multifamily Insurance Operations Branch (MFIOB) through targeted contractor capabilities. By seamlessly integrating accurate Data Entry and specialized Premium Review Services, the contractor shall support the branch in maintaining current, compliant, and efficient processing across the active Federal Housing Administration (FHA) portfolio. Backed by dependable Administrative Support Services and high-quality Customer Service for lender stakeholders, this requirement leverages an established U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Electronic File Storage system and digital workflows.
