The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, intends to issue a Request for Proposal for a firm fixed-price construction contract. This procurement is for construction services associated with removing and replacing the carpet in Rooms 127 and 137 at the U.S Customs House, 721 19th St., Denver, CO 80202. The period of performance is 45 days with estimated magnitude less than $25,000, NAICS code 236200, PSC Code - Z2AA.
