This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitationfor a construction requirement to ReplaceDental Vacuum Piping for the VA Las VegasMedical Center (SNVAHCS) located in NorthLas Vegas, NV. Quotes shall be submittedonly by email to David Rovner, ContractSpecialist at email: David.rovner@va.govand cc d to Charee Harris, ContractingOfficer at email Charee.Harris@va.gov , by12:00 PM PDT on November 17, 2026.Quoters are advised to pay special atten-tion to the sub mission instructions specified in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to OfferorsCommercial Products and CommercialServices. Quoters are advised to pay specialattention to the sub mission instructionsspecified in Instructions to Quoters36C26127Q0072. This requirement is a totalset-aside for eligible SDVOSB contractorsand will be solicited as a price only procure-ment. Quotes will only be accepted fromcertified SDVOSB contractors who are regis-tered in SAM.GOV and SBA's VETCERT at thetime the offer is submitted and prior toaward. The applicable North AmericanIndustry Classification System (NAICS) Codeis 236220 Commercial and InstitutionalBuilding Construction, and the small busi-ness size standard is $45 Million.
