The proposed project consists of turnkey removal and replacement of two existing utility feed transformers at the Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal (CSSC) Fish Dispersal Barrier facility in Lockport, Illinois. The CSSC Fish Dispersal Barrier facility operates continually to protect the Great Lakes from invasive species.
