Roudebush VA Medical Center, Indianapolis IN, 46202, intends to negotiate a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Overhaul RFO Part 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source for the Mimics Innovation Suite License Renewal for 3D Modeling.
