The solicitation is hereby extended to 12/14/26. Quantity for CLIN0001A has been increased from 1 to 5 ea. Quantity for CLIN0001B has been increased from 1 to 4 ea. All other terms and conditions remain the same. \ The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation to 9/28/26. All other terms and conditions remain the same. This solicitation is being issued under Emergency Acquisition authority. Award evaluations will be made using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria per clause WSSTERMMZ04 - Evaluation for Award (Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable). 1. All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders, Delivery orders, and modifications) related to the instant procurement are considered to be "issued" by the government when copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email. The government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents as detailed herein. 2.
