Sources Sought: Delivery of Propane Supply Services to be provided to Cheyenne River Health Center, located in Eagle Butte, SD. Sources Sought Notice Number: IHS1530962 This Sources Sought is to determine the availability of Indian Small Businesses Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs), Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs), and other small businesses capable of performing the requirement. This is a Sources Sought notice. This notice DOES NOT constitute a request of proposals, request for quote, or invitation for bid. This Sources Sought is a market research tool utilized to determine the availability of qualified small business concerns prior to issuing a Request for Quote/Proposal. This is not a solicitation for proposal, and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. All responses will be provided by an email response. No presentations will be scheduled. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. BACKGROUND Firm Fixed-Price, Non-personal service type, Commercial Item, Purchase order for Propane supply services for the Cheyenne River Health Center, Eagle Butte, SD 57625 OBJECTIVE The objective of this Performance Work Statement (PWS) is to obtain reliable propane delivery services to support the operations of the Cheyenne RiPver Health Center (CRHC). The contractor shall provide propane to maintain an uninterrupted fuel supply for the facility’s maintenance shop heating system and Dietary Department cooking operations.
