Amendment 2: Amendment Notice: The Government hereby clarifies that the Berry Amendment and DFARS clause 252.225-7012, Preference for Certain Domestic Commodities, does not apply to this requirement. The domestic source restrictions under DFARS 252.225-7001, Buy American and Balance of Payments Program, do apply to this requirement. Offerors shall comply with all applicable domestic end-product requirements and complete the applicable Buy American—Balance of Payments Program representations/certifications included in the solicitation.
