Space must be located within the following delineated area: East; State Rd. 14 w/ intersection of US HWY 65, North; U.S. Hwy 65 w/ State Rd. 14, South; U.S. Hwy 65 w/ Riverdale Rd. Ozark, Missouri. Selected lessor must remain active in SAM.gov during the lease (System for Award Management) and sign a government lease with applicable clauses. Space must have 24/7 access, first floor, contiguous space that meets Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, not in a 100-year flood plain, and sustainability standards. Security camera system is preferred. Space should be accessible by a minimum of one overhead door to allow vehicular access. Warehouse space should be a minimum of 50' deep beyond the overhead door. Space should offer climate control for evidence storage, office space, electrical outlets within the warehouse space, and a bathroom facility. The Government reserves the right to disregard as inadequate any responses to this notification that fail to include the property-specific information listed below as being mandatory submissions in responding to this notification.
