This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice only. Do not submit formal proposals in response to this synopsis. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to issue a competitive solicitation for the Environmental and Ship Motion Forecasting Follow-On (ESMF FO) contract under Solicitation Number N0016726R1009 on or after November 06, 2026.
