Description (excerpt)

The Embassy of the United States of America in Paris is issuing a request for quotation (RFQ) for the liability insurance for about two hundred and thirty (230) U.S. Government leased and owned apartments in France from January 1 to December 31, 2027. Please note that the list of the apartments with locations and surfaces will be on a separate attachment and will not be posted on SAM.gov with the solicitation. It will only be released to the companies asking for the solicitation package by email to ParisContracting@state.gov and after these companies have been cleared by the Embassy Security Office. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.2024-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. The guidelines for registration in SAM are available at: https://www.sam.gov. Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your offer to the ParisContracting@state.gov address prior to the response date and time.
